• Account information: Name, mobile number, and email address when you register.
• Usage data: Tests attempted, scores, time spent, and topics practiced — used to personalise your preparation.
• Payment data: UPI transaction IDs submitted for manual verification. We do not store card numbers or bank details.
• Device information: Device model and OS version for compatibility and crash reporting.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Study Point app and its features.
• To process and verify test-series or mock-test access requests.
• To send you important updates about the app or your account.
• To analyse usage patterns and improve content quality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with Firebase (Google) for authentication and storage under Google's privacy terms. No other third-party sharing occurs.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at the email below.

Security

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules to protect your data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.

Children's Privacy

Study Point is intended for students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

By downloading or using the Study Point app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

• Study Point is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, or redistribute app content including questions, solutions, or test papers.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.

Payments & Access

Test series and premium content are purchased via manual UPI payment. Once your transaction ID is verified by our team, access is granted. Refunds are at our discretion and reviewed case by case — contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Content Accuracy

We strive to keep all questions and solutions accurate. However, we make no guarantee of 100% accuracy. If you spot an error, please report it via the app or contact page.

Intellectual Property

All content in Study Point — questions, explanations, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Study Point. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Study Point is provided "as is". We are not liable for exam results, internet connectivity issues, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
